These Terms apply to all services provided by Pixel & Scale (“we”, “us”) and to your use of our website. By engaging our services or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Services

Pixel & Scale provides design-led, strategy-informed digital services, including:

• Custom Squarespace website design

• Sales and landing page design

• Website refresh and redesign services

The scope, timeline, and fee for your project will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Ongoing maintenance is not included unless agreed separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials or approvals may impact project timelines.

You are responsible for your domain, hosting, Squarespace subscription, and any third-party tools unless otherwise agreed.

4. Fees & Payment

Projects are charged at a fixed fee, as outlined in your proposal.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• 30% deposit to secure your booking

• 40% at project commencement

• 30% on completion

Payments are processed via Stripe. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Revisions & Scope

Two rounds of revisions are included unless stated otherwise. Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees, quoted in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you.

Pixel & Scale retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

All services are provided “as is”. While we design with best practice in mind, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, sales, or conversions.

To the extent permitted by law, Pixel & Scale is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law
