2. Services Provided

Pixel and Scale offers custom digital design services to help you build an authentic online presence. Our core offerings include:

Custom Website Design: Up to 5 pages tailored to your brand and business goals, including SEO setup, social media integration, Google Analytics, copywriting guidance, and a training session for site management. Typical timeline: 3–4 weeks. Prices start at $1500.

Sales & Landing Page Design: Conversion-focused custom pages designed to support campaigns or lead generation. Includes mobile responsiveness, SEO basics, and content planning guides. Typical timeline: 1 week. Prices start at $400.

Branding & Brand Assets: Custom wordmark logo, colour palette, typography, curated imagery, and a basic brand style guide. Typical timeline: 1 week. Price: $500.

All projects are custom designed; no templates are used. Ongoing maintenance is not included unless separately agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate content, timely feedback, and any required materials to support project delivery. Delays caused by your late response or incomplete materials may extend timelines.

You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your domain name and web hosting services.

4. Payment Terms

Fee Structure: Fixed price per project.

Payment Schedule: 30% deposit to secure your booking; 40% upon project commencement; 30% upon project completion.

Payment Method: Stripe.

Refunds & Cancellation: You may cancel your project before work begins for a full refund of deposits. No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.

5. Revisions and Scope Changes

Two rounds of revisions are included with each project. Additional revisions or work requested beyond the original scope will be charged at additional rates, with pricing provided before extra work commences.

6. Project Delivery and Timeline

Typical delivery timelines are outlined in service descriptions and your individual project proposal. Delivery dates are estimates and may be delayed due to client inaction, unforeseen technical issues, or external dependencies.

7. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the website, designs, and related assets transfers to you. You retain full control of your website, including domain and hosting.

Pixel and Scale reserves the right to showcase your completed work in our professional portfolio, on social media, and marketing materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

8. Third-Party Services

Our work may incorporate third-party tools, platforms, plugins, or licensed materials. While we choose reputable providers, Pixel and Scale is not liable for the availability, performance, or security of any third-party services.

9. Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) Disclaimer

Pixel and Scale may use AI technologies to assist in creating content, designs, or communications. While AI helps enhance our work, all final materials and ideas are developed and reviewed by humans, and Pixel and Scale retains full ownership of all content.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content and disclaim liability for any errors or omissions. Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our Services and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results such as search rankings or sales performance. Pixel and Scale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services or website.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement if material breach occurs. Refunds for unused portions may be granted at our discretion if caused by termination before work commences. No refund applies after work starts.
