Reframd is a leadership development practice founded by Rowena Doyle, offering workshops, advisory work, and speaking for organisations navigating complexity and change.
Rowena’s work was already developing through her professional network, LinkedIn presence, and in-person events, but she needed a clear online space to explain the concept of Reframd and direct potential clients.
The goal was to create a simple one-page website that introduces her approach, supports upcoming events in Copenhagen and Dublin, and provides an easy way for organisations to start a conversation.
A strategic one-page structure was developed to guide visitors through the Reframd concept, from the challenges leaders face today through to Rowena’s approach, services, and events.
The design combines a refined colour palette, clean typography, and a calm layout that reflects the thoughtful nature of her work. Existing photography was complemented with carefully selected imagery to maintain a consistent visual style.
Event information and links to external booking platforms were integrated, and the site was built on Squarespace with responsive design, anchor navigation, and a contact form. Video tutorials were also created to help Rowena update the site herself.
The result is a clear, warm, and professional digital home for Reframd that brings together Rowena’s leadership philosophy, services, and events in one place.
The site provides a simple destination she can share with organisations, collaborators, and potential clients, helping them quickly understand her work and how to engage with it.
Designed as a flexible one-page foundation, the website can grow alongside the business as new programmes, events, and resources develop.
